Core Counsel Consulting (CCC) is a management consulting company which provides insight and knowledge to decision makers through experience based personal coaching and advisory services.

CCC has worked with global Fortune 500 companies to guiding them as they evolve their IT strategies and IT operating models. Our philosophy is to align these strategies and operating models with the business to deliver business value. No matter what the size of an organization, we are dedicated to supporting senior IT management by customizing our advice. Each engagement considers the company’s budget, time-frame, and specific needs.

The duration of our engagements vary depending on the specific needs. Typical deliverables-based projects occur over a four to twelve week timeframe depending on the client needs. We are able to deliver bottom line results with efficiency, flexibility and stream lined pacing.

We are Subject Matter Experts in the development of IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, Process Reengineering, Service Management, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, Relationship Management, and Organizational Change Management capabilities. We work with your team to guide them through the process while bringing best practices templates and knowledge to the table. At the conclusion of our collaboration, the team is left with a repeatable process along with the associated experience for driving business/IT results.
